Flange connections are vulnerable! Think of safety for people and environment! There is an increased risk of having unprotected flange connections. The risk of a sudden gasket rupture in a flange connection is a constant threat to people, equipment and environment. Once a gasket is ruptured, damage to the environment means high cost and time intensive repairs. Even small quantities of hazardous substances may scatter in a wide area.<\/p>\n

Our spray control system is made of ASTM 316 stainless steel and now withstands pressures up to 300 bar in potentially explosive atmospheres.<\/p>\n

For this we have extended the splash guard ring with a potential equalization connection. An ignition hazard assessment by T\u00dcV Hessen provides for safe use in zones 1 and 2 as well as 21 and 22.<\/p>\n

The pressure of the spray jet is reduced by a steel net in the ring. The system is UV-resistant and withstands temperatures up to 400 \u00b0 C. An adjustable closure allows the ring to be adjusted to the gaps between the flange connections.<\/p>\n<\/div>
