Our spray control system is made of ASTM 316 stainless steel and now withstands pressures up to 300 bar in potentially explosive atmospheres.
For this we have extended the splash guard ring with a potential equalization connection. An ignition hazard assessment by TÜV Hessen provides for safe use in zones 1 and 2 as well as 21 and 22.
The pressure of the spray jet is reduced by a steel net in the ring. The system is UV-resistant and withstands temperatures up to 400 ° C. An adjustable closure allows the ring to be adjusted to the gaps between the flange connections.
