Spray Control® have been extended with a potential equalization connection
Our Spray Control® system is made of ASTM 316 stainless steel and now withstands pressures up to 300 bar in potentially explosive atmospheres.
For this we have extended the splash guard ring with a potential equalization connection. An ignition hazard assessment by TÜV Hessen provides for safe use in zones 1 and 2 as well as 21 and 22.
The pressure of the spray jet is reduced by a steel net in the ring. The system is UV-resistant and withstands temperatures up to 400 ° C. An adjustable closure allows the ring to be adjusted to the gaps between the flange connections.
